This post is to address an unacceptable interaction with Tyson from Alchemy On Morriss My Mother was contacted aggressively regarding a payment issue for a client who was not associated with her business Even after she clearly identified the correct organisation involved Tyson continued the call in a verbally abusive manner raising his voice and making repeated offensive and sexually explicit comments I was present and overheard this phone call firsthand No business owner should be spoken to in this way This conduct falls well below professional standards and we do not support or tolerate it

This post is to address a deeply disturbing and unprofessional interaction I had involving Tyson from Alchemy on Morriss During a phone call regarding a basic administrative matter Tyson conducted himself in an aggressive confrontational and entirely inappropriate manner His communication quickly escalated he raised his voice spoke in a demeaning way and made comments that were extremely offensive This was not a misunderstanding or a moment of frustration It was sustained deliberate behaviour that crossed every line of basic professionalism and respect I was present for the interaction and heard it in real time The conduct displayed was unacceptable and has no place in any business let alone one that claims to operate professionally This experience was shocking and reflects extremely poorly on the standards of this business This kind of behaviour should never be tolerated

Ty has a great business and great with his pricing especially if you have curly hair Would recommend but is usually hard to get in unless you book in when there
