I can confirm the reviews stated regarding punctuality is true My wait time is now minutes and counting I have never had a good experience here at Miss M The last time I was here the male hairdresser threw me a towel and told me to dry my hair while he waited A bit of context it is normal to expect the hairdresser to dry your hair after washing it for you
But hey I have a gift card for the place and I cant see it to waste Definitely wont be coming back once I use up my gift card
my back was burnt by some exfoliate product which is fine but the beautician put a super hot towel over my back as solution My back burnt immediately until I couldnt stand anymore then suggested her to put an icing towel in order to calm it down It took over mins to solve this problem and she still include this incident as a mins service with full charge very bad service
