First time ever taking my daughter to get her nails done and it was a very disappointing experience Before sitting down the male technician quoted each for a manicure gel for both an adult and a child The service itself was poor he was very rude and I ended up feeling quite uncomfortable so didnt get mine done He left nail polish all over the sides of my daughters fingers without bothering to clean it up properly The worst part came halfway through when two other kids walked in and were charged each by a female technician for the same service When I questioned the price at the end he claimed we had asked for a manicure and charged according to the price list yet there is no kids pricing listed at all This feels extremely misleading and dishonest especially since we asked for a quote before even entering the shop If the price was different it should have been clearly explained upfront Completely unfair and a very poor first experience for my child Save your money and go somewhere else

Fabulous friendly service combined with kindness and compassion My daughter lives with anxiety and bites her nails The technician who cared for her did not judge my daughter as has been the case at previous salons We could not speak highly enough of our experience today Thank you Tu You are an artist x

I fully recommended do it your nails here Thank to Julie for this wonderful set I really love it It is the third time i have done my nails here with gel and they kept intact during at least weeks
