My son went for a haircut yesterday at this business Disappointed is one word I can use to describe the experience In my honest opinion This place is not fit for working with woman or children clients My son had nice long and neat hair that he had been growing out so that he could get the new style haircut he wanted One visit to this shop ruined this for him My sons hair now looks like it has been hacked by a year old using their first pair of scissors So I decided to face the daunting idea of returning to the shop to discuss what on earth happened Sure enough the daunting idea wasnt far off what actually turned into reality by revisiting this hairdressers When I walked in with my son it actually felt very awkward and uncomfortable So I stood with my son at the counter and then was finally greeted with a you here for a haircut are you I replied no actually were here to try find out what happened here and pointed to my sons hair The owner laughed and said oh dont worry you wont get that here I stayed silent knowing it did happen infact happen here The older female staff member joined in and said actually he was the boy with long hair yesterday he did get it here The owners attitude instantly changed at this point realising it was their stores mistakes He went from friendly to abrupt very very quickly Instead of focusing on how we can fix the issue at hand or even offering my son to sit down so as the owner of the established business of years as he so arrogantly told me and my son he decided it was more fit to place the blame on my son who is years old He told me that my son shouldnt have been there if he couldnt communicate like an adult Yet I as a strong confident personalty was finding it VERY difficult to communicate with this owner due to the nature and how they speak to you After I handled this contention the owner then went on to blame the photo my son presented to them to help describe what he wanted I faced this contention by saying if you didnt fill the information was adequate and you couldnt complete the job this shouldve been said to my son the customer so he could go elsewhere that could This then resulted in the owner continuing to argue rather than once again offering to try and resolve and fix the issues done to my sons hair he decided to try and then put the blame onto my daughters boyfriend that he should of been facilitating the information required for the haircut I once again said they should have been open and honest that they didnt feel they could handle the request but they seem to just be worried about getting the instead of customer service Not once did we ask for a refund We asked for a result to make my son look like he actually had a haircut Ive also since found out its actually illegal to cut someones hair under the age of without a parent or guardian So this also leaves a grey area as to why they cut my sons hair with no guardian present I walked out twice and the owner was still calling out and talking rudely about us in the store in front of customers also He just wanted to keep on arguing The third time leaving I raised the point you hadnt even offered once as the business owner to try and rectify or fix my sons hair You are only worried about placing blame This was the ONLY time the owner said to me well fine bring him back in here and lets have a look I responded no way known now this shouldve been the first thing offered not after all this blaming of my son I informed the owner I will now be taking every avenue possible to share this horrible experience that we went through This was also supposed to be a confidence building session for my son Due to his past and traumas he has experienced he suffers from CPTSD and other anxiety complex issues His sister had offered to take him for a hair cut because her boyfriend was getting one and we thought this would be a great experience for him to grow confidence about himself WOW were we wrong Beware

Absolutely amazing Mark was fantastic with my young boys who had previously been too nervous to get cuts they now love going for one
