Bella Rouge Hairdressing Salon

So where do I even start One week ago today on Tuesday I had my hair done at BELLA ROUGE TORQUAY and what an extremely unprofessional service I endured Not only was Belinda extremely rude the entire time but she also destroyed my hair I was so concerned for my hair while in the salon but when I mentioned that to Belinda she completely disregarded everything I had to say and argued with me to the point of blaming my hair falling out MY fault although she was the qualified hair dresser right She told me my hair was at its limit although it was at its healthiest before entering Bella Rouge The result of my hair was absolutely nothing of what I expected and she offered nothing to satisfy my needs as a luxury service that is what I expect I paid for this horrible experience only to leave feeling and looking worse then I already did A few days had past and I was obviously feeling really upset and embarrassed about my hair so I reached out to Belinda explaining this and she LAUGH reacted my comment about feeling this way and would send me thumbs up responses Belinda told me I would get half my money refunded if I came in to the salon and signed a waiver a legal binding document so I couldnt write a review that is absolutely not worth having other people make the same mistake I did by going to their salon She has now contacted a lawyer because of it Like she is the victim I am mind blown by this entire ordeal

Wow what an amazing experience Its always a bit daunting going to a new salon for the first time But I have never felt so comfortable and relaxed What a bunch of fun loving staff I highly recommend Belinda she was very straightforward in letting me know how much my hair would take as I love blonde and we all know what bleach does came out fantastic and look forward to my new products to help Maintance my new blonde locks Thank you so much for your care and advice Ill be back

The stylists at Bella Rouge are second to none I wouldnt go anywhere else in Torquay I have been a customer since I moved down here years ago and love it Belinda Donna and then team always make me feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble when Im a pain in the butt and decide to go fire red with extensions
