Golden Nails Tamworth

If I could give stars I would First time I went they turned my daughter and I away asking me to come back later fair enough I thought it does say walk ins are welcome but they must have been busy That was a long time ago but Ive always wanted to go back and try again Today was my second visit again the man asked me to come back When I asked him what time he said at least mins I said we were happy to wait So we sat down and we were the next two in the shop that would be serviced After about minutes two other customers walked into the shop they were seated next to us and guess what they were served before us with a greeting and a smile Noone smiled at us noone said hello Ive never felt so ignored and worthless in a shop like that with staff just walking past pretending that we didnt exist Dont waste your money here at all if you want to be treated with a small shread of common decency I cant explain why they chose to do this to us twice but clearly it was my mistake to want to spend my money there NEVER AGAIN

this place was absolutely amazing although they were busy and had limited workers they still managed to efficiently satisfy everyone i spoke to today not only were they rushing but they also were some of the nicest people and unlike other nail places not once did i feel uncomfortable or judged im a nail biter amazing place and very nice people The lady that had done mine and my friends nails suggested ideas that she thought would look good but in no way pressured us either and her ideas were perfect hand massages at the end and just very comfortable so happy with my result

I visited Golden Nails in Tamworth with a friend today hoping to try something new As we walked in we were met with complete silence no greeting no acknowledgement nothing Three staff members looked up but still not a word We eventually got seated but it took minutes without even a simple hello or apology for the wait As a customer service professional I was shocked and disappointed by the poor treatment With so many great options in Tamworth Im not sure why Golden Nails would risk losing customers with such poor service Unless they work on improving their customer experience I wouldnt recommend visiting
