I had a really disappointing experience here it was my first visit and definitely my last I arrived around and the salon was already busy which I didnt mind at first I waited about minutes before anyone attended to me They cleaned my hands and asked me to choose a colour I had gone in specifically wanting a dark red cateye style even showed them pictures but after more waiting they told me the manicure and pedicure with cateye would cost or if I did both I agreed to do both hands and feet but while I kept waiting I noticed customers who arrived after me being served before me When they finally started they worked on my feet first but some nails were not done properly and I had to ask them to apply polish If asked any questions confusion they start talking with other staff in their own language When it came to my hands they couldnt find the dark red cateye colour I requested and ended up giving me something completely different not even cateye It was done around pm so total hrs hrs mins seriously In the end I was charged for a service I wasnt happy with Overall poor communication long waiting times rude behaviour and the result wasnt what I asked for Definitely not worth the price

Visited today to have sns on my natural nails they did an exceptional job The attention to detail was second to none and i felt that the communication was great throughout she asked what my preferences were for shape and length and i didnt at all feel rushed or uncomfortable which i have left often in other salons Highly recommend Very spacious and all round nice environment Thank you for the great service
