The girls r great Ive been a client of Olivias for so many years I cant remember exactly how long Her work is always great I get a colour cut every visit prices are more than reasonable At home care products r also fantasticwith the leave in conditioner smelling like caramel Cannot fault these girls at all if u havent been hereyoure missing out

I have been a regular customer at Mirror Mirror for almost a year now Approximately months ago I went to Mirror Mirror for a full set of tape hair extensions Mirror Mirror markets their extensions as high quality in both the adhesive the hair itself but unfortunately through personal experience I have found this is not the case Within three days of the initial application three of the units fell out of my hair despite following all aftercare instructions given by the staff at Mirror Mirror including the use of their recommended product I returned to Mirror Mirror numerous times to have the tape reapplied I was questioned by staff as to how I was washing the extensions as they believed this could be the cause of them falling out but when the staff washed my hair more of the extensions came out I was told for the many times almost every Thursday since August I returned to have the extensions fixed that the staff were trying different types of tape in an attempt to prolong the extensions Nothing that they tried worked the extensions continued falling out I returned today after endless attempts to fix the issues Ive outlined above to be told by staff that the owner was refusing to give me even a partial refund I was not expecting a full refund on my part as I have kept the extensions understand the work that goes in to applying extensions But I still feel that Mirror Mirror marketing their extensions as such a good quality should take responsibility when their product fails constantly over the course of months I would not recommend Mirror Mirror for hair extensions the attitude towards customer satisfaction from the owner is beyond disappointing I had a colour done today although satisfied with the work I refused to pay for the appointment as the owner refused any reimbursement for my money time spent over the last months in regards to the awful experience I have had in her salon

Brin and Bek are fantastic hairdressers and so lovely Great hair cut and blow dry for a wedding Highly recommend
