Yesterday I visited this place to get nail extensions Since I have short nails and not in good condition I went there on tuesday to ask for advice and confirm if extensions would be possible The lady I spoke with didnt even look at my nails but told me to come in and said it would cost When I went for my appointment I was really disappointed with the service They seemed to be in a hurry to finish and move on to the next customer The quality of the work clearly shows that my nails dont look neat or natural at all you guys can see from the pictures When I asked how long the extensions would last the lady said I dont know because your nails are short Thats not a valid reason as a nail technician you should be able to guide clients and explain the expected results To make things worse they charged me instead of the they originally mentioned This is only the second time in my life Ive had nail extensions the last time was two years ago with some different place and that experience was amazing even though my nails were the same short length and in same condition Unfortunately this time was the worst The excuse of short nails just doesnt make sense as nail extensions are meant for short nails Overall I had a very disappointing experience

Had my first visit yesterday people are nice and welcoming I did builder gel on my nails and shellac on my toes My finger nail tech was Henry But unfortunately I do not think my finger nails were done properly and beautifully My toes were done by someone else they are okay First of all I asked for manicure and they used the electric nail drill to work on my cuticle the whole time the cuticle was not pushed back and trimmed with scissors or clippers I havent done my nails for a while so there should have been a lot to work on I got hurt two times with the driller and my fingers were bleeding I have never had bleeding fingers before from any other salons I went to They did not shape my nail before applying builder gel they started filing it after the builder gel got hardened When they keep filing it my nail got shorter and shorter because they were trying to shape it it was not long enough already but unfortunately the shape was still uneven and I had to ask them to fix the shape Why do I have to is there something I missed They also applied very thick builder gel on my nails clearly its too thick on my small nail bed I had to tell them to file down the thickness multiple times again which I dont think I need to I have never seen a nail tech applied such thick builder gel without realising it is too thick on small nails and fingers I feel like they just want to get the job done fast dont really care how the nails look overall During my visit I had to tell them many time to fix this and that which made me feel really bad cause I dont wanna be telling a professional what to do I left the shop with two big bubbles on each of my index fingers cause I couldnt be bothered telling them to fix it AGAIN But after half an hour of thinking I ended up going back and asked them to fix it for me And then I got my second bleeding fingerOf course I know they didnt do it on purpose but it definitely made the experience worse I do not want to be a bad person who asked the business to fix things but still leaving negative reviews But I think my experience was real bad to the level where I think I should have got my money back because its so wrong Lastly if you are looking for a set of pretty nails and hoping the nail tech could make it work Think twice before you go to this place If you are looking for something quick and dont mind the detail this is the place for you I know this salon charge less than those salons in the city but difference would not have made such big difference in quality Its the quality standards they are holding nothing to do with the price they charge

After todays experience unfortunately I wont be back My nails were done by Lisa I went here once previously and the experience was semiokay with someone else so I thought Id try it again for builder gel Lisa was incredibly rough and aggressive and made me feel like a nuisance for being there overall Cut the underside of my nail pulled my skin with the cuticle nippers when I said something she started laughing recommended a colour and then got frustrated when I didnt like the colour when she started painting only one nail was done my nails look like a year old has done them they are so thick and uneven now Im going to have to pay somewhere else to fix them Strangest builder gel application Ive ever seen apply messy and then clean up once they are set when I got up to wash my hands after we were done she started snickering with the other workers and talking in their language So disappointing I am so unhappy that I just wasted
