As a French model based in Sydney I can honestly say that I travel all the way to Shepparton every three months just to get my haircut and colour at CLM Hair and its always worth it Cassie and Courtney are truly the best hairdressers Ive ever met Not only are they incredibly talented and passionate about their craft but they are also so warm bubbly and full of positive energy that every visit feels like a treat They take the time to understand exactly what I want give the best advice and the results are always beyond my expectations fresh stylish and professional every single time The atmosphere in the salon is always welcoming fun and uplifting You dont just leave with amazing hair you also leave with a smile Ive been to salons all around Australia but CLM Hair really stands out as the best Thank you Cassie and Courtney for always making me look and feel my absolute best you are truly exceptional at what you do

Sister attended this salon with three reference photos of a burgundyviolet red as shown in the picture below She exited with almost black hair also shown below Went back the following day as she was understandably unhappy only to be met with excuses Apparently burgundy is a fashion colour and the hairdresser was not confident theyd be able to achieve said colour that visit BUT did NOT disclose this before colouring my sisters hair Although the hair she was working with WAS a medium chocolate brown and virgin hair She went in with medium brown hair and came out with black hair The hairdresser offered to fix it with foils which would be practically impossible without bleach or a stripping agent both of which my sister would like to avoid for the health of her hair We have been in contact with multiple other hair salons across Victoria for their expert advice all of which are absolutely disgusted by the treatment my sister has received You pay for a service you expect to get what you asked for She will be getting her hair fixed by a professional who actually knows what theyre doing

I was lucky enough to have Courtney as my hairdresser on my wedding day Wow Amazing She completely created the bridal hair style I had always dreamt of Not only my hair but other girls with all different hair types and style selections she absolutely smashed it I would choose Courtney again in a heartbeat Her communication was nothing short of amazing and no ask was ever too big This girl is super talented Thanks so much
