Sharing this with the Shepparton community because I genuinely didnt expect to be treated this way Ive been a client of Brows by Yona before Ive always paid shown up on time and never given her any reason to question my integrity So I was genuinely shocked by how I was treated this time I booked an appointment a week in advance and paid a deposittwice what was askedto confirm the booking and show respect I sent the receipt confirmed the time and messaged on the morning to say Id be running slightly late In which She replied Yeah we can to rescheduling for All seemed fine until Then out of nowhere she messaged saying she hadnt received the deposit so I told her Id check my bank and get back to her asap less than mins later before I even had the chance to look at my bank transactions she sent a message accusing me of sending a fabricated receipt and cancelled my appointment immediately She told me not to contact her again and called me dishonest I checked my account and discovered the payment had bounced back into my account without my knowledge As soon as I saw it I resent the and sent her proof This was sent at the same time she sent the accusation about a fraudulent payment messaged and asked for a refund after reading what she had written which she agreed to do despite having just falsely accused me of fraud I understand how important communication and professionalism are What I experienced was careless abrupt and honestly really rude and disappointing here to be honest If youre considering booking with Brows by Yona just know what you might be walking into We all deserve to be treated with respect especially when weve shown it consistently

I decided to get an eyebrow tattoo when I walked into the salon I was greeted with a smile and Yonas customer service was so bright and welcoming I am very happy with this service and I highly recommend coming here

Dealing with Yona was consistently unprofessionalstarting with the difficulty in setting up the appointment followed by her lastminute rescheduling and then cancellation just hours before the appointment Thank you
