I had such an amazing experience at this salon I got a wash blow dry with curls and a full set of acrylic nails with French tips everything turned out perfect The quality was so high but the prices were super affordable which made it even better The staff were lovely and made the whole experience really relaxing and enjoyable I left feeling so pampered and happy definitely my new goto salon

As a local I decided to come here for a pedicure as I often see the owner who is always bubbly and I wanted to support his business I came once last year and a staff member did a good job for a pedicure Unfortunately today was a very different experience A different staff member did my pedicure one whom was a lot more rougher than usual I requested white nail polish At the beginning she asked if the colour was okay and I said yes even though I noticed a slight blue tinge I assumed it was due to the blue LED nail lamp being aside and that it would even out after more layers Towards the end while she was filing my nails the dried polish on my pinky toe lifted up but she proceeded to paint over it with clear gel anyway As a customer the most I could do was trust the process After paying and walking home in sandals the nail polish began peeling off I returned to the store and showed them the nails I was told that I had no nail on my pinky toe which is why the polish was falling off This was extremely unprofessional and rude as I do have a nail and this should have been communicated while the service was being donenot after the fact They offered to repaint it on the spot or asked me to come back the next day but I explained that I was busy and did not have the time There was no apology Overall the handling of the situation was very disappointing I should have listened to my mum when she came here last year and had a very dissatisfying haircut from one of the ladies

Today I had my hair done by Sammi and she did an amazing job The entire staff is so friendly and respectful I highly recommend going there This is my second time getting my hair straightened and once again they did a fantastic job
