I had been a client of this business for more than years As a result I have waited weeks before posting this feedback Its clear that after the ownership change and me giving it a go plus times making allowances for teething problems that service provision and service recovery are not part of the current owners business strategy They do not take on feedback when making mistakes which we all do There is no attempt to provide service recovery Suggestions are taken with a defensive almost aggressive stance The junior stylist is excellent with colour but not always available due to her carrying the workload of the owner in addition to her own workload I is my strongest recommendation you look elsewhere if you want a consistently professional colour and cut

Terrible I went to this salon after it was recommended however Sammy completely ruined my hair I came to this salon with months regrowth from foils and asked her to do my regrowth she talked me out of that and ended up doing a scalp bleach which she did not apply virgin application you apply bleach differently if the regrowth is too long to avoid heat bands so I was left with different heat bands snapped off hair so gold it couldnt even be toned because it was not light enough I had to wear a hat for days until another hairdresser fixed it For me it wasnt so much the hair that upset me hair can be fixed everyone makes mistakes it was her defensive approach when politely explaining it was different to what we had discussed Everybody has different experiences at hair salons and this was mine

After being sent to this salon by a very kind lady at the civic centre found it closed Rang and left a messageno return call I returned the next day and after enquiring of the cost of a hair cut i politely declined as it was out of my price range With that the young lady stated i wouldnt get it cheaper anywhere else I answered by saying i had been quoted less and was waved of the premises Very dissapointedprobably would have booked anyway if not treated like that and now will Happily pay whatever in BROOME
