Diamond Nails

I booked an appointment randomly out of the blue today and wanted to get shellac French tips for my toes with a pedicure Mind you its my first time getting French tips and I wasnt aware my nails were supposed to have a decent length for the tips but since I trimmed my nails not too long ago it was a bit short and the lady told me I didnt need to trim my nails further as the length would be too short In spite of this Im so surprised the lady did a fantastic job From buffing to shaping and filing Very very gentle but still a thorough job mind you Ive been to places where they rush you in and out fast and are quite rough The lady who attended to me I dont know her name was so lovely Professional from start to end Excellent customer service cause she literally asked me if I was happy or not with the outcome which most nail salons dont do The French tips are perfectly crisp and the perfectshape for my small toes As someone who is low maintainance on the nails not many places do a good clean French tip because the tips can look uneven or shabby and if you know you know This place does amazing French tips Clean place and professional Please keep up the consistent amazing work guys Im definitely coming back for more

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon When I got my nails done the staff member seemed rushed even though the place was not busy at all She didnt properly clean or file my cuticles and I left already feeling unsatisfied with the service To make things worse the very next day one of my nails broke in a completely unreasonable way I went back to the salon willing to pay to have it fixed but they refused to assist me I arrived more than an hour before closing time there were three staff members present and I even offered to wait yet I was told in an unfriendly manner that they could not help me This level of customer service is unacceptable Not only was the work poorly done but the refusal to provide even the most basic followup care shows a lack of professionalism I will not be returning and do not recommend this salon

My first time coming here I just got a French manicure done and Im absolutely in love with the results The shape is perfect the lines are super clean and the finish is so elegant The nail tech was gentle she took her time and really paid attention to detail Highly recommend
