HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE OUTCOME I went in and asked for eyebrow threading I had grown my eyebrows out The lady working today from pm seemed fine I asked to keep my brows thick just wanting a clean up of my shape and walked out with brows looking like a cloud She had gone too thin and chopped off the tails of my eyebrows The experience was something to remember as well she was so rough and consistently going over and over my eyelids making them red and raw I thought as long as she knows what shes doing then Im happy I check my eyes after she finished and told her that she had gone too thin and it looks like random indents were made disappointed but I hoped she offered me a discount she didnt and I walked out of the store It was my partner who encouraged me to go back and ask for a refund the lady said no because I paid by card and there wasnt anything wrong Eventually she told me to sit down as she was with a client and wait until she got back When coming back she took out and handed it to the side with no apology or anything So I took the money and had to ask Eyebrow Hub further down in the mall to save my eyebrows I wish I had warned the customers but I was so upset with how she treated me I just left Im all for small businesses and understand people make mistakes but this lady business doesnt deserve to be operating a business thats suppose to service people

Ive gotten my eyebrows done here a few times The quality isnt the worst however I always have cuts on my eyelids after getting threading done The customer service is horrible The lady that did my eyebrows was talking on the phone to her mum the whole time while doing my eyebrows and also spoke about me in Hindi She was rude and unprofessional When I mentioned that I understood the language and its unprofessional to speak like that she said yes I know you can understand me

Absolutely would not recommend Went to get my lashes lifted and tinted they absolutely butchered my lashes They burned half of my lashes off and for the other eye they didnt leave the chemical on long enough When I complained about paying the full they would have charged for the lift and tint they took off I said this wasnt good enough and asked for the managers phone number to which they supplied a phone number for a stranger not even an employee at the shop They have poor customer service poor quality in their products and a terrible reputation Do not I repeat DO NOT go here
