have been getting my hair done by Caroline and Jecinta for over a year now visiting every weeks and I can honestly say these two ladies are absolute gems From the very first appointment theyve shown nothing but kindness professionalism and genuine care They are truly lovely ladies who know how to make every client feel special Caroline I especially want to thank you for going above and beyond for me I will never forget the time you made the huge trip five hours from Sydney just to come to my home and fix my hair That level of dedication and service is so rare and I appreciate it more than words can say Every visit with you both is filled with laughs chats and good vibes and I always walk out not just looking better but feeling better too I genuinely look forward to seeing you every time Thank you Caroline and Jecinta for your amazing work and for being such wonderful people I couldnt imagine going anywhere else

I got hair extensions done yesterday and had the most amazing experience the team is so supportive and professional they ensured the colours would match my hair and made it look so seamless I am so happy with the outcome achieved and cannot thank Jacinta enough for the amazing work she did in getting the final result I wanted Will forever come back they do such a great job

Awful extentions quality is cheap No color match what so ever over toned my natural hair This is apparently full heads worth of Extensions Super thin Didnt even attempt to tone extensions to match just put them in then told me AFTER it doesnt match after she started chopping at my natural hair trying to disguise it spoke to the owner who claims I was told my hair wouldnt match why would I agree to leave looking like a bought cheap clip ins online Paid over to leave looking like this STAY AWAY
