Flashy Nails

If I could leave stars I would Asked for simple French tip with one plain black nail with a bow on it Super simple They charged me extra for design and they couldnt even do the design so we tried a sticker all there stickers were tiny and terrible So I just said no worries French tip them all dont worry about the bloody bow Completely rushed through even though they were not busy at all all the French tip is wonky and see through and doesnt go to the edges of my nails they gave me back only because I said something about not getting any designs then rushed me out the door Absolutely not worth for a full set I literally left in tears I should be going back in and demanding a refund or a complete new set but I dont need more emotional distress being heavily pregnant Absolutely ridiculous do not go here

I paid to have both my tween daughters acrylic nails done While the finished result was great there was a definite lack of customer service and both girls felt uncomfortable during the procedure There was no welcome and no eye contact They were just pointed to sit in a chair and then grabbed roughly while the nails were done They werent asked how they wanted them shaped The technician just did it to her own choosing and my girls were too uncomfortable to speak up Im not sure if the language barrier was part of the issue but the actual process was intimidating and felt rushed Great result in the end and weeks later the nails are still on but severely lacking in the customer service department Enter at your own risk

Paid a week ago to get mine n my daughters nails done for her birthday within day nails n on right hand had already lifted n split my natural nail half way done then the next day I lost a full nail n another one split my natural nail again causing an extremely bad infection n cant even move my finger Absolute joke not to mention the finish was rough and she forgot the top coat on of my fingers worker doing peoples nails at the same time is ridiculous Furious
