I cannot thank Ashley at Essenza Day Spa enough for her incredible kindness and outstanding customer service I had organised a special hour treatment package for my mum and I to enjoy together as part of a weekend getaway to celebrate her th birthday I had travelled hours to be there and this time together meant the world to both of us On the morning of our booking Ashley called to let me know that due to a staff emergencysomeone had been rushed to hospitalour appointment had to be cancelled I explained the significance of the weekend for my mum who has been through a lot recently Ashley listened with genuine care and despite the challenges went above and beyond to open the spa for my mum so she could still enjoy her treatment Not only did she do this on her own but she also gifted the treatment to us and gave me a complimentary voucher to use for a future visit This kind of compassion and generosity is rare and I am so deeply grateful Thank you Ashley for making my mum feel so specialyou turned a disappointment into something truly memorable Highly recommend Essenza Day Spanot just for their wonderful treatments but for their heart

Had my first treatment at Essenza the staff were so welcoming such a clean and calm environment Unsure of the ladies name who performed by treatment spray tan but she was so lovely and kind Will definitely be going back

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Sharni and Teahlia from Essenza day spa Upon arrival Sharni was warm and friendly I had Teahlia who gave me an amazing massage and was also friendly and warm She had explained what other facilities were available and the massage was relaxing and soothing The place itself is clean warm and professional i will definitely be returning and thank the girls for a pleasant experience
