Very disappointing As we were a group we called ahead to make an appointment We shouldve known then it was a bad idea as the person who took our call was very vague and didnt even take our name We had little girls with us who were having their first manicure one left with a terrible paint job that was peeling within the hour The other never got her manicure because despite us saying at least times she wants her nails painted and waiting over hours other women not in our group that came in much later were given priority so she missed out The shellac paint jobs on the adults was patchy and we had to ask nails to be repainted With so many alternative nail salons in the area they need to do better What shouldve been a lovely girls day out ended with frustration and tears

First visit my nails were well done Second visit was a disaster Nails thick and uneven colour was patchy Had a different nail technician she was more interested in chatting with the other technician than paying attention to what she was doing

The worst nail experience I have ever had I went there with my daughter who is yo We do not usually have manicure and we wanted to treat ourselves So we took an appointment When we arrived it seemed obvious that they did not know about the appointment Fair enough they could take us Then the woman who came to us had very poor English We just asked for manicure with normal nail polish We chose colours and she started with my daughter She was not talking to us Just very abruptly would indicate what we needed to do She cut my daughter to blood and laughed Finally finished us two It is only after a few days that we realised it was shelas because we could not remove with just nail polish remover No way we would go back there We das the shellac removed somewhere else Not only did we have to pay but our nails are totally damaged Like really damaged They look awful It was end November Still really bad after weeks Dont go there
