The gentleman were fantastic I took my boys in for a cut at about and there was a wait but the staff didnt turn us away instead they allowed us to stay beyond closing and made sure the cuts were satisfactory before letting us leave Its a relief to have found barber that truly listens aspires to satisfy their customers and meet their needs and were just all round excellent I will certainly be back again I believe that I have found an incredible barbers and would like to become a regular here because of their upstanding customer service and care

I have been coming here for about a year now I am happy I changed and always happy with my haircut They do not rush however still finish in a good amount of time They are open till late so it is also possible to go weekeays after work I can comfortably ask to make my hair shorter during the haircut and they do it without complaining or getting upset

Absolutely Terrible Experience Never Going Back I recently took my son for a haircut here and it turned out to be the worst decision ever The woman cutting his hair was completely unskilled unprofessional and careless A simple haircut that shouldve taken minutes dragged on for almost hours and the end result looked nothing like what we asked for uneven patchy and poorly finished The manager was equally clueless no idea about styles no supervision and absolutely no customer service When I tried to point out the issue there was no apology or responsibility taken just blank looks and excuses It felt like they didnt care at all about the customers time or satisfaction The salon itself was chaotic noisy and uncomfortable The loud Punjabi music blasting the entire time made it worse no sense of professionalism or relaxing atmosphere The tools and setup didnt even look properly cleaned or maintained Honestly this place is a complete waste of money and time I walked out feeling frustrated disappointed and wishing I had gone anywhere else They seriously need training proper management and basic respect for customers before calling themselves a salon I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place if you care about your hair or your peace of mind
