Parents beware Worst experience getting my nearly yr olds hair cut I should have walked out at the beginning when hes first words to me were what you want instead of maybe a hello thought it may have been a language barrier so I gave him the benefit of the doubt But he had patience for cutting kids hair constantly getting frustrated and angry at my baby for no reason expect being a baby I tried to help by holding my sons head but this even seemed to anger the guy I had to remind him that my son was young and not to be so rough If you cant deal with with kids then dont cut their hair or better yet for this guy find a job away from having to do any form of customer service

I visited this barbershop recently and unfortunately the experience was not very pleasant The senior barber was quite dismissive and rude toward both me and my child While I understand busy days can be stressful respectful customer service is essential especially when dealing with kids I hope the team can take this feedback constructively and improve the customer experience going forward

I wont be going back they have really dropped the ball lately The guy was having a argument with his workmate while cutting my hair then didnt listen to what i wanted and did it really fast and rough Your are better off going elsewhere theres plenty of other opposition in woodgrove
