An overall lovely experience Booked an appointment of and they were very accommodating and informative with our manicures Each lady was lovely and attentive I personally tried BIAB for the first time and the nail tech educated me on the process as well as the maintenance of the nails The environment was bright and comfortable I highly recommend this nail salon as we all felt comfortable and taken care of Thank you so much for creating a welcoming experience xoxo

Service was fine at the start i called in advance to book an appointment and the lady sounded like she couldnt wait for me to get off the phone Was told the price for the service I wanted would be but magically theres an extra charge minus the surge charge because i wanted a coloured French tip I find it incredibly unprofessional and down right a scam that even after stating I wanted a different coloured tip no one mentioned the extra dollars until I went to pay completely blinding me List of all their services with their prices was removed too letting them decide the prices as they like overall the nails were disappointing as the sides were messy and in some parts not even fully attached I wholeheartedly believe you can find better customer service and quality somewhere else was genuinely disappointing

Got my nails done here on Saturday I was a bit worried as it was around pm and the place was practically empty but through id give them a try I got SNS on my natural nails While I love the colour within days of getting them done they are lifting off most of my nails They used a gel top coat rather than one for sns do you can see the top coat peeling off most fingers already Honestly will not come here again
