Extremely disappointing service they even cut my thumb during manicure no bandaid no first aid Charge me full and did not even bother to arrange first aid and I kept asking for it charged me full and all I was offered was a simple sorry to shake off When you enter their store they dont bother to greet the customer properly and act very snobishly it was a blunder to go in first place as once upon a time there service was really good actually when theyd opened but now its painful to be here honestly the owners should rethink about the staff attitude offered here The quality of work is horrendous itself for work as if done by a year old child Despite many reminders her speed was so fast and painful as if shes on a marathon and not actually handling a human hence ended up cutting my thumb inside out till it bled Im still having trouble though its been a few days already no regret or shame simply felt nobody reached out for any apology photo for reference

I had my nails removed here today and I am absolutely furious with the service I was told to place my fingers into a bowl with the removal solution which was then placed into a second bowl of boiling water Unfortunately the boiling water spilled over into the first bowl causing my fingers to be directly submerged in the hot water They were burning and they are still sore hours later This is not only unprofessional but dangerous and Ive never experienced anything like it at any salon To make matters worse the technician was very rough with the removal machine further damaging my nails She was very forceful and refused to listen to what I was saying The whole process took much longer than expected and I eventually had to leave before she was finished because it was so painful I was charged just for the removal which is higher than Ive ever been charged elsewhere My nails now look worse than when I arrived and Im deeply dissatisfied with the entire experience I would like to be contacted for a refund and will not be returning to this salon
