Have had good experiences at this salon but yesterday was far from that Myself and my mum went in in the morning I was there first for a gel refill Took minutes before they properly started on me and another hours to do my nails Shocking job done as well My mum came in with an appointment mind you and was also left in the chair with her feet soaking for nearly an hour before they started on her Her manicure and pedicure with normal polish also took over hours Another shocking job She filed my mums nails right down even though she asked for them to just be shaped square they did them round We had my sisters st last night which we had told them and that we didnt have time to wait around yet they happily had us sitting there and there was not a single apology our way They put money and the amount of customers before quality and care for them I was in Saturday between and

Im feeling disappointed today My daughter went to get her nails done with a friend and she came home crying She used her own money was excited to treat herself and ended up really unhappy with the result The nails are all different shapes and lengths and she even asked for Christmas trees but they were done upside down It was meant to be something that made her feel good and instead it left her upset

Went in to get my nails done called beforehand to make sure I wouldnt have to wait too long I waited mins to get my gel removed and I said beforehand if they didnt have the colour I wanted I wouldnt worry about getting my nails removed They insisted they had the colour and then was told after they took my original nails off they didnt have the same colour Charged for removal of nails after communicating I wouldnt have them off if they didnt have the colour Not only that but blood was drawn while they drilled my nails
