Do not use these guys for sns nails I paid a premium compared to going to my usual nail place and the job was just terrible I got mine done at the canelands store in may after day the top coat came off they offered to redo the coat I went back and the finished job looked terrible after it had dried as they filed off the remaining old coat then after another week nails just started to fall off in chunks SNS nails always last me at least weeks before starting to chip very disappointed in the work

NEVER GO HERE FOR EYEBROW WAX They ripped off half my mums eyebrow and took my eyebrow so far back its not even funny and the manager was the one who did it Not only that after she ripped half my mums eyebrow off she said oh your eyebrows are two different shapes even though we have never had a problem where her eyebrows are different shapes so the waxer had to rip half off Make it make sense Not only did she make one of my mums eyebrows arches way higher than the other she left it like that and didnt attempt to fix it I cannot stress to you enough PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
I have never experienced such poor technique in waxing she was peeling it off so slow and letting it get hard it was so painful Then my eyebrows were taken off completely from were they were then after i complained they said it looks fine when there were chunks missing and hair still were it shouldnt have been they tried to tell me they dont do refunds i said i would talk to the manager and see their policies they were happy to give me a refund then They tried to fix it and put a chemical to cover the chunks missing it stung so bad so they removed it has now flared up and i now have scabs all over my eyebrows Would never recommend
