Terrible experience with the owner I think This is the second time they cut me and made me bleed this time even cutting my ear The apology was weak and not sincere
The owner said it was just bad luck and told me to let the staff cut next time What kind of owner talks to customers like that showing disrespect So rude and irresponsible They still charged me full price with no discount
Im sure I didnt move If he told me to lower my posture I wouldve done so and kept that exact position the whole time
