I had the most incredible experience with Nat at Audrey Hairdressers in Lauderdale Ive always had extremely long hairdown to my bumand as a mum of three young kids I struggled to keep on top of it My hair was constantly knotting and matting at the back and I had never dared to cut it shorter than my waist let alone above my shoulders Nat completely transformed not just my hair but also how I feel about myself For the first time I let go of the heaviness and mess and the cut has shifted my entire sense of identity in such a positive way She gave me a beautiful clean style without layers and it feels so fresh manageable and freeing The whole experiencefrom the thorough relaxing wash to the kindness and care she showedwas honestly transformational I left the salon feeling lighter brighter and more like myself than I have in years I will absolutely be coming back to treat myself again Thank you Natyouve given me so much more than just a haircut

The ambiance and coffee are great but unfortunately the quality isnt up to par After two attempts during my appointment the colour I received was uneven and darkened my ends Three weeks later its fading and showing through I had to return to get the cut straightened as lots of areas were missed I didnt feel like my experience or my concerns when I called back for a fix were taken seriously

This place is amazing I had an absolutely wonderful experience there today I had never been here before but friends have always recommended them They listened to what I wanted and they more than delivered Great price very affordable for someone on a budget and above and beyond customer service They also hooked me up with a coffee and an adorable personalised cookie with the business name on it bonus points for that Thanks again for the great service and making me feel pretty Would recommend them cannot fault them on a single thing Ill be going back there from now on
