I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent grooming appointment for my dog While I have been a returning customer and have generally been satisfied with your services in the past my most recent experience was unacceptable
I had a confirmed booking for a grooming session but the owner decided to cancel it upon seeing my dog stating he was too large This was surprising and frustrating as my dog has been groomed at your establishment several times before without any issues related to his size
I found this to be unprofessional and inconsistent with my previous positive experiences
