Wow What a great experience The girls treated me with a great experience and I must admit I felt a little special Very pleased with my hair very professional and friendly service with the time taken to discuss everything they were doing I will be back

I had found a great hairdresser here however when she was unavailable I had the owner do my hair As she has done before she did not ensure the sides were even I attended the next morning after calling as soon as I got home to say I would be in then to have the small issue remedied I was happy to wait until they had time to fit me in Once I arrived I was abused by the manager who told me she would never do my hair again as I always complain Actually I had just wanted something that would only take a couple of minutes fixed I sat there in tears and left feeling totally humiliated Not to mention I ended up having a breakdown just minutes after I walked out of there While some of the staff are good at their job management leave a lot to be desired when it comes to customer service

Friendly and very reasonably priced Great cuts and treatments Did an incredible job at chemically straightening my extremely thick coarse unruly hairthey honest deserve an award for that alone Salon workers give a lovely friendly vibe I always feel so comfortable They also do waxing and beauty treatments so you can get these done at the same time as having hair done Highly recommend
