Everything was a rush the girl obviously wanted only to push me out of the door She wasnt even going to wash my hair from the start just prepped to cut it I dont have straight hair if you have curly or textured hair youd understand usually means youre about to have a wonky cut Then proceeded to not be asked anything about my hair except that I wanted a trim at the start causing me to loose of my hair length Super heavy on trying to flat iron my waves out after cutting without asking brushed my face and neck more than my hair and what little they did brush felt like they were trying to pull me out of the chair They have left me feeling so violated and ashamed of my hair Ive tried to hide it because I cant deal with people asking me who butchered my hair anymore I hope it was worth trying to get me out the door that little bit quicker

Very disappointed today After previous experience of cut and foils taking hours I have particularly asked for a fast paced experienced hairdresser as my free time is scarce and my an ability to sit still is limited I was advised by reception to ask for Lucy and I managed to get an appointment with her Waited week for it What a surprise today when I came to find out she is not going to do my hair and instead of her I was set with her lovely but slower paced colleague with plan of hours to do my head No one bothered to let me know about this change until I questioned What a behaviour and very unprofessional from Lucy I left and never ever will go to Glamour Puss again
