If I could give Tuyet more than five stars I would I am from Brisbane and I have been getting my nails done for years Tuyet is the best nail tech that I have ever come across Her customer service is excellent Shes understanding loves to have a chat and does an amazing job I cannot recommend her highly enough When I come down to Grafton again I will definitely be going back to Tuyet Thank you Tuyet you are absolutely amazing

I would advise anyone considering trying this salon to look elsewhere and save your time and money The gel polish service is one of the worst gel nails sets I have ever had I wouldnt have bothered leaving a review if the customer service was good but it was absolutely shocking The lady clearly struggles with customer service skills despite being in business over years The nails were chipped and lifting after less than a week and the owner had no interest in rectifying this despite me calling into the salon politely asking for the nails to be fixed I was very disappointed with the service overall and the way the lady speaks to her customers in a condescending manner is appalling
