Extremely disappointed I had a pm appointment booked yet the salon was clearly and excessively overbooked I was left waiting more than minutes past my appointment time with no apology or explanation The pedicure was absolutely terrible hands down the worst pedicure I have ever had There was no nail cutting no leg massage and no removal of dead skin from my heels It felt rushed careless and completely lacking any basic pedicure standards Charging for this level of service is unacceptable I expected far better and left feeling frustrated and ripped off I will not be returning and would not recommend this salon to anyone

Lovely experience we booked and didnt wait long at all before the staff could help My daughter loves her nails it was her th birthday and she got little bows and a gem She wanted to give a star review

Me and my lesbianlover are absolutely APPALLED with our service We asked for matching nails and linked the photos we showed them and THIS is what we got in return IT WAS DOLLARS FOR THESE CHUNKY ABOMINATIONS My partners nail tech kept messing up and it got to the point where someone else had to intervene and take over and even then it was still horrific Not to mention the customer service was horrid My nail tech was constantly hitting my hand with a nail file on purpose and nicked us both with the drill I asked for short nails but she gave me much longer than what I wanted Such a disappointment not worth the money AT ALL So overpriced for horrid nails I want a refund UPDATE they hurt like hell I cant use my fingers right and it stings The pain is almost unbearable We had to try and take them off at home We will be asking for a refund tomorrow
