On the th of December a friend and I had our nails done at your salon paying each Unfortunately the quality of the service was extremely disappointing By the th of December the nail art had already fallen off By the th of December my nails were barely still on and my friends nails had completely fallen off We specifically had our nails done for our holiday yet they did not even last a week We contacted you to have this issue fixed however you refused to help because we were out of town on holiday This was very frustrating as the nails should not have failed so quickly regardless of our location The issue was clearly due to the service provided not anything we had done Not only were we disappointed with the poor quality of the nails but we were also extremely upset by the way we were treated when trying to resolve the problem The lack of professionalism and unwillingness to take responsibility was unacceptable We expected much better for the price paid and are very disappointed with both the service and the customer care

Wow the ladies here know there stuff I was treated so well asked me lots of questions in regards to what I like would highly recommend these ladies as a traveller finding a nail salon yo do Biab builer gel nails in a small town was a little difficult but after a couple of calls the other salons in town pointed me in the right direction so thanks to them also
