I went in requesting eyebrow threading only The staff member told me my skin was sensitive and insisted waxing would be better I was hesitant but she asked me to trust her and said it would be fine She ended up burning my eyelid This is not minor irritation it is an actual burn on the skin around my eye This is completely unacceptable and dangerous Eyelids are extremely sensitive and a professional should know better My request was not respected and I left with visible damage and pain I would never return and strongly warn others especially anyone with sensitive skin to avoid this place I want to clarify the facts for anyone reading I have shared pictures and my experience to warn others Calling my review fake is completely unprofessional I explicitly requested eyebrow threading only yet your staff insisted on waxing claiming my skin was sensitive and asking me to trust her Using wax on the eyelid is dangerous not professional and completely unacceptable especially given how sensitive that area is At checkout I informed both consultants that it was stinging badly One of them said it was normal and advised me to apply aloe vera gelthis does not make the injury any less real I have no interest in posting fake reviews My review reflects an actual painful and avoidable experience Sharing it is purely to help others make an informed decision about your services Professionalism includes respecting a clients request and ensuring safety neither of which happened here

I got my facial done today and Navneet was just awesome She was very helpful and approachable as always It was the best hour hydra facial and I cant wait for my next one
