That is not how it happened As per previous customer reviews Very rude laughing and speaking to one another then staring with a blank face once I asked for advise on a color no effort whatsoever ever to actually understand what I was asking
Yes another lady did come over but by then I was very dissatisfied with your customer service as I had been there for over two hours and and my nails are very clumpy and look terrible I specifically said I wanted them thin

I was thoroughly impressed with my first visit to Serenity Nails they were welcoming and friendly and most importantly my nails came out amazing with a gel ombre and pedicure with shellac will be visiting again
Absolutely stunning work from these lovely ladies they fit me in on what seemed to be a very busy day and I got exactly what I wanted Very pleasant and kind environment to be in thorough and do a fantastic job Thank you to the lovely lady who spent literal ours hand painting these snowflakes on I cant stop staring at them Will highly recommend and use again
