This was my personal experience when I came here to get my nails done First of all the staff did not charge the price they initially told me After finishing the work they charged a different amount which was higher than what was agreed at the beginning Secondly after they finished my nails were in severe pain for six full days The pain was so intense that my nails felt like they were about to burst After six days I went to another salon to have the nails they had done removed and cleaned Thats when I realized they had actually cut and damaged the surface of my natural nails with their machine used for filing and smoothing the acrylic nails This was truly a disaster I suffered a lot of pain I strongly recommend everyone not to go here because they are not skilled or professional at all Most of their staff were also very rude when speaking to customers This kind of work causes serious damage to peoples natural nails and can lead to bigger health issues At the moment my nails are slightly better and the pain has mostly stopped but you can still clearly see the damage I am sharing this because it is very important for other customers to know before choosing this place

Today I went in for a pedicure and nail service I showed the nail technician the style I wanted but she seemed to struggle with it so I asked for a French instead The result was very disappointing the nails look thick uneven and poorly done When I mentioned I wasnt happy with them she rushed through and was rude and unapologetic I was charged in cash for this service which is far too much for the quality I received Im about to travel and now Im left with nails that look terrible This was one of the worst salon experiences Ive ever had and I left feeling stressed and upset I will also attach photos of what I asked for versus what I actually received Is they dont delete the review which they do

I have been going here since the day they opened and every experience is satisfying Very reasonable pricing clean friendly Highly recommend this salon all the ladies do an amazing job but hands down to Anna Lilly for always doing an amazing job Well done ladies keep up the great work
