Had my first hair braiding experience with Ardi cannot express how incredible their services are Excellent variety of coloured styles of hair detailed right down to the DENSITY needed to perfectly custom to each customer I was given a choice picked a vibrant RedPink which looked incredible in Ombred from my dark brown to the highlighted PINK tips and extra long to my waist were absolutely beautiful I had these for months far too long before redoing to a gorgeous PurpleBlue ombre this time Even though I was late by an hour Public transport my hair was overly feral after too long waiting to get redone now on a TIME LIMIT Public Transport Ardi managed to get my old pink braids out wash clean my hairscalp AND get my fresh NEW PURPLEBLUE summer braids in wonderfully with a little help from assistants Cannot recommend their wonderful TEAM enough for their services in a comfortable friendly environment Thanks Ardi for my now signature look BRAIDS Nikki VICNSW BORDER

Amazing customer service and very friendly staff I love that I could see the hair colours on actually hair sample and not have to guess I will be back with my daughter

Turned up for my appointment Was told I didnt have one Showed them email confirmation response wassorry we cant help you What was even worse shop was empty Now I know why
