Karen really has a gift shes been doing my hair for over a decade and always listens to what I want and gives me a beautiful flattering cut and gorgeous colour Now she does the rest of my family too I highly recommend her

Top rate hairdressing service My hair was a total mess The treatment and cut was perfect Very happy with result The hairdresser couldnt be nicer and is a true professional Listened to what I was after answered my queries and completed the service just as I asked for Salon is lovely and relaxing Delighted and will book in again

So I called up and requested a hair dye appointment for a balayage for which I was told would cost up to It ended up costing and I was in the salon for over hours after waiting nearly mins for my appointment I asked for the base colour to match my natural hair and it came out a very different colour so it was dyed again and still came out the wrong colour by this time it was at night Honestly the hair looks nice but it is just not what I asked for and will grow out badly The hairdresser was very rough with my hair and I found the experience quite painful even after I asked her to go a bit more gently The social aspect was extremely awkward and stilted and I felt really uncomfortable There was a puppy in the salon which whilst cute kept biting my leather boots and the hairdresser kept walking around after it instead of focussing on my hair I was told to come back if I was still unhappy with the hair colour but I just cant bring myself to as it was such a negative experience for me I really debated with myself about leaving this review with Cowra being a small town and all but I decided in the end I have to be honest
