If I could give a no star rating I would because I didnt get in I am traveling around Australia and make appointments for my hair cuts when needed where I can I called the salon for an appointment but it was a recording saying to leave a message I just went to the website and made a booking online Got confirmation email text and email reminders about upcoming appointment Arrived for my appointment and the place was locked up and closed There no notice or information on the door nothing on the website and no phone message to say they are closed over Christmas or closed permanently Really if you are running a business you do have a duty to the public to let them know not to make online bookings as the appointment wont be honoured
