DONT GO HERE ON A TUESDAY Its only the boss here on a Tuesday and you will cop so much attitude if you want more than a trim or mens hair cut I needed my almost bum length hair cut to my shoulder blades and I copped eye rolls and attitude about it Im sorry but my suggestion to the boss is run your business like you do in your head If all youre capable of doing on a Tuesday is the smaller cuts get some signs stating that so innocent people paying you for a service that you offer dont have to sit and cop your attitude VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DO NOT RECOMMEND Id suggest booking in with an actual hair dresser who can handle the work theyre trained to Do

Came back after the manager asked us to we were the only ones when we went back manager went to lunch the hairdresser we got understandably wanted to trim more than I was instructed so instantly showed her lack of customer service just plain rude about my granddaughters hair as soon as we sat down Proceeded to put the brush through her hair and turned and handed it to me and said you do it so I took my granddaughter and left When I rang to speak to the manager she told me some rubbish about being a walk in hairdressers and they didnt have time to brush hair because its only a haircut so obviously customer service is not on the agendaI was there only customer at that stage If you dont mind being a waste of time go there not recommended at all avoid the lack of common courtesy rude and self righteousNo customer service at all
