I wish I lived in Coffs Harbour Avalon and her team are absolutely wonderful We made an impromptu visit to the city for work and I was lucky enough to get an appointment Fabulous cut colour and blow dry and a bottle of organic mousse all for an extremely reasonable price Avalon thank you

After many years of getting my hair cut by Chris and the team its time to find a new hairdresser The service has become terrible My hair when cut by Alison or other team members takes min max and its great but when cut by Chris who is the boss it takes forever sometimes well over an hour Im understanding and normally just smile and put up with it but when there were no other customers plus someone else to help its impossible to justify such bad service It really goes to show how much this place cares about customer service when your told it will be min then you sit and wait min with your year old well you watch the boss chat on the phone After I got up to leave I was offered a free haircut but its not about money its about being treated with respect and realising we are all busy and everyones time is precious The boss should set the standard of a business not lower it Most of us dont complain as we dont want to deal with the confrontation it just makes you think how many other unhappy customers this place must have
