I recently had my nails done at Cobram Nails Beauty and I was very disappointed The service was unprofessional and my nail polish peeled on the spot They only did half of my nails and then asked me for payment Ive attached a picture of the unfinished nails for your reference I will never return to this salon Totally waste my money

Terrible customer service not welcoming and made me feel like an inconvenience
Went in for an acrylic refill There was no cuticle care provided by the nail technician
They have ruined my natural nail base by shaping them crooked My cuticles have never been this dry or spit or my nails have never hurt until visiting Cobram Nails Beauty
Within the week we have lifting and chipping around the refill area
Although it was cheap I definitely will not be visiting again
I would rather pay good money for good quality nails and customer service
I have been to the salon three times now and very happy fast and efficient service always someone to take over to continue the treatment to get people through Not a lot of conversation but thats OK and I think the price is fair
