I was visiting and popped into the nail shop which was very quiet at the time During filing and the removal of my existing gel polish I winced a few times and let them know my nails were sensitive as it was burning when they were filing it down but it didnt help that much I was very relieved once they were finished with removal Im normally not that sensitive during my nail polish removal so maybe they were using a more aggressive technique The rest of the appointment went well and I was really happy with the result but the longevity was lacking You can see in the photos that the nail chipped andor lifted within the next few days I wasnt hard on my hands at all during this period so it was disappointing to not have it last even a week As I was visiting I was unfortunately not able to go back to the salon but wanted to share my experience with others Update I have sent the business further details of my experience Noting that it seems like the base underneath was sticky as Im peeling the flakes off

I got an infill of biab nails and they were awful She first told me that no nail art could be done The nails lasted days and started to crack and break shortly after getting them done Do not recommend

Ive been there many times The service is not that great to be honest but this time I had the worst experience The lady who did my nails was very rude and felt like she just wanted to finish the job quickly Nails were not painted evenly and my cuticles were left unfinished
