Went here today for a curly girl cut and Im super happy with it I dont go in for the noisy big franchise style salons so Im so glad Ive found Carols Cuts Colours Its a small totally no nonsense type of salon with friendly staff lovely welcoming atmosphere and very very reasonably priced I booked my appointment on a total whim and instinct and was not disappointed I will be back in future Thanks I just love my cut
So my wife and I wait for minutes to get in for an appointment at but she gets sat down at and then isnt asked what she wants done just how much do you want off which has flustered my wife and left her not knowing what to say so she asks for a little trim but its uneven and bounced up instead of looking nice and neat like she askedshe went in with a reference photo and wasnt even asked what they could do or if she had anything in mind No care and a rushed job leaving my wifes hair shorter and looking worse than it was beforehand and ontop of that for a inch trim it cost that took minutes
