Seems that unless you are a regular or semi regular client you dont get the service you pay for I went there for a girls day with my daughters I asked upon arriving how long the wait was they proceeded to tell me to take a seat anywhere we liked We wait over an hour just for our pedis to be started The worst Pedi I have ever had even thoigh we said we wanted toes and fingers painted they only done toes and completely skipped my youngest then when we asked to have them done they argued amongst each other hours later we left paid and I still walked out without my nails being painted

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT GO This beauty shop was an absolute nightmare I want to warn everyone do not waste your time or money here Some of the staff were nice and gentle but the boss lady older short hair glasses completely ruined everything She is extremely rude rough unprofessional and clearly does not know how to run a business The hair wash was painful and careless She kept scratching the same spot on my scalp repeatedly hurting me badly After finishing she did not wrap my hair in a towel and when I asked how to walk out with wet hair she said I had to pay extra Then she dried my hair herself very roughly hurting my scalp while showing me her angry bad expressions She also kept talking loudly in her own language to others which was extremely disrespectful The pedicure spa was just as awful I paid waited minutes and the service lasted only about minutes A customer next to me started minutes earlier yet we finished at the same time There was no foot massage my nails were cut extremely short and rough and nothing was done with care Another example of very very bad service The boss lady is the main reason this shop is terrible She is rude careless unfit to run a business and makes the entire experience unbearable This shop is unprofessional disrespectful and a complete waste of time and money

My nails tech today was absolutely amazing ao much attention to detail and made sure I got exactly what I wanted same with my mum she took so much effort and care did full cuticle care and everything Will definitely come back here for my infills
