I recently went in to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted I have naturally dark blonde hair and asked for blonde tint I ended up with black eyebrows and when I asked which colour she had used the girls assured me it was light brown I can assure you it was not I expressed my concern and they were happy to try to lighten them by attempting to wash off the henna which was unsuccessful
I like the shape but the colour is far to dark She also waxed my brows before AND after tinting and I ended up with very painful red and irritated areas under both of my brows
They werent willing to offer me a refund Really disappointed
