My experience was genuinely the best I have ever received in a salon Deb was so thorough in our consultation to ensure we were on the same page and walked me through each step in lightening my hair Gemma was so kind and did an amazing job with my foils and got me so much lighter than I was expecting due to build up of previous dark dye It felt like a really friendly and welcoming environment and all of the ladies as well as regular customers were so lovely Could not recommend this salon more to everyone my new goto
