I just did my nails here today the staff who did my nails she was so rude instead of telling me to relax my hands she just kept tapping me also she was so hard on it that my fingers are swollen and its really painful right now also after spending like she did not give me the perfection it needed some of the nails are shorter then the other really disappointing I went because of my birthday and its not even that good

My fingers are killing me feels like you have given me friction burns with the nail file
Constantly pulling tugging at my fingers holding them tightly if I was in the wrong positions
Who ever was on today should get the sack do you care about your customers Or the service you provide
Didnt take the whole previous sns off before starting rolled eyes when told they grabbed the wrong colour Im not a nail tech but I have had my nails done a fair amount of times to know whatever they did was not the correct process to put on sns nail tech didnt ask if I wanted cut or what shape and overall the nails look horrible Will not be returning So dissatisfied since I have had good experiences in the past there
