I made the mistake of cheating on my regular salon which is amazing and has never once given me an issue and I deeply regret it My experience at Indulge Hair and Beauty Beaudesert was honestly one of the worst salon experiences Ive ever had I came in with long healthy hair that Ive grown for eight years I asked for soft blended faceframing layers Instead the stylist the tall slim girl with short dark hair began cutting huge uneven chunks out of the front and back I asked her to stop because I noticed how much length she was removing and how uneven it looked Her technique was nothing like real layering she pulled everything straight to the front and cut across leaving a harsh dip and random choppy pieces through the back of my hair When I calmly tried to explain how my hair is normally cut she became immediately defensive and began raising her voice repeating Are you telling me how to do my job I wasnt rude or disrespectful at all I was just trying to save the hair Ive been growing for nearly a decade She then stormed off and brought over the manager the blonde woman who instantly spoke to me in a condescending confrontational tone asking Are you a hairdresser while I was visibly in tears I had my baby on my lap and every time they raised their voices he became distressed and cried harder The manager came back over twice both times escalating the situation instead of calming it down Even when I was sitting there with tears running down my face clutching my upset baby she stood there insisting the haircut looked great and continued speaking to me in a raised aggressive tone I felt completely unsafe embarrassed and trapped When the haircut was finally finished no one offered help compassion or even basic courtesy I had to carry my pram down the stairs alone while the staff looked away This place is not babyfriendly not professional and not safe for anyone who expects respectful communication I left shaking crying and with a haircut that looks hacked and uneven Ive never experienced anything like this in a salon in my life I strongly recommend avoiding this salon especially if you value your hair your comfort or basic respect

BOYCOTT THIS PLACE The way the staff treated not only me but my children was absolutely disgusting my child was having her haircut and as they are at that age she was a bit upset and scared The hairdresser was rude towards them and even smacked her head with a brush When I said something about it I got well they arent going to sit another way My child is now terrified to go to a hairdresser Have some compassion for children I even heard another hairdresser talking badly about another clients children to a client Saying they always bring in their feral children with no shoes and food over their faces what kind of mother lets their children out like that Absolutely appalling

I just had my hair cut by Ella She is a beautiful young lady with lots of knowledge My experience was very positive As Ella said we had to go backwards to go forward I have just found my new hairdresser Thanks Pauline
