As a new client I turned up to my appointment on at as a matter of courtesy complete with broken ankle and in a moon boot The salon was in complete darkness and locked up despite the advertised opening hours being am I stood outside on my crutches for over minutes rang the salon twice but it went to message and my husband enquired at the convenience store next door if they new if anything was wrong At someone turned up and started to unlock and said do you have an appointment and I replied yes at She said sorry I had trafficI also noticed she had a take away coffee and what appeared to be a take away mealso plenty of time to stop for that Any one who has ever suffered a broken ankle will know that standing on crutches for over minutes is extremely painful so I made my way back to the car and told the lady I had already waited too long and to cancel my appointment Being the day before Easter and having made my appointment well in advance this was really inconvenient but if that was her attitude I didnt trust my hair into her care If I was able to get to my appointment early I would have expected the same courtesy should have been shown to meHave a great Eastercheers Jo
